Author Guidelines
Author Guidelines
Perception, Navigation and Intelligent Devices welcomes original, technically sound, and ethically prepared manuscripts in perception systems, navigation technologies, intelligent devices, robotics, autonomous systems, sensor fusion, computer vision, embedded intelligence, smart sensing, wearable systems, unmanned systems, and intelligent control.
Manuscript Types
The journal considers original research articles, review articles, prototype studies, algorithm papers, technical studies, simulation-based studies, experimental investigations, system design papers, and application-oriented manuscripts.
Manuscript Preparation
Authors should prepare manuscripts with a clear title, complete author details, abstract, keywords, introduction, methodology, system model or framework, results, discussion, conclusion, acknowledgements where applicable, declarations, and references. Figures and tables must be numbered, clearly titled, and cited in the manuscript text.
Originality
Submissions must be original and must not be under consideration by another journal at the time of submission. Authors are responsible for ensuring that the manuscript does not contain plagiarized, duplicated, or improperly reused content.
Technical Clarity
Manuscripts should clearly explain the perception method, navigation framework, intelligent device architecture, sensor system, robotic platform, embedded implementation, algorithm, experimental setup, simulation environment, dataset, assumptions, and limitations where applicable.
Experimental and Prototype Details
Studies involving devices, sensors, robots, navigation systems, or prototypes should include sufficient details about hardware, software, calibration, testing environment, performance metrics, and validation procedures.
References
References should be accurate, complete, and relevant. Authors should cite appropriate prior work and avoid excessive self-citation, irrelevant citations, or citation manipulation.
Ethical Declarations
Authors should include declarations related to conflicts of interest, funding, data availability, author contributions, ethical approval, human or animal involvement where applicable, and use of AI tools.
Submission
Authors should submit manuscripts through the journal submission system and follow all instructions provided during the submission process.
